This policy applies to everyone who uses our models, directly or through a router such as OpenRouter.

What you must not do

Don't use the API to:

  1. 1. create, request or send sexual content involving children, including images sent to a vision model;
  2. 2. break the law, or help anyone else to;
  3. 3. write or deploy malware, attack systems, or get around security controls;
  4. 4. defraud, impersonate or deceive people in ways that harm them;
  5. 5. harass, threaten or incite violence against anyone;
  6. 6. seek serious help to make biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons;
  7. 7. infringe others' intellectual property or privacy, including processing personal data without a lawful basis;
  8. 8. probe our service for other customers' data, for example by timing the prompt cache or reusing others' cache keys;
  9. 9. overload our service or get around our rate limits;
  10. 10. break the licence of the model you use, which for Qwen3.6 35B A3B is Apache 2.0.

What we do about a breach

Zero data retention (ZDR): we don't store or monitor the content of requests. We act on reports sent to us as set out below, and on lawful requests from the authorities.

We may suspend access, report apparent child sexual abuse material to the Internet Watch Foundation or the National Crime Agency, and help the router concerned.
